30-Day Return Policy:
We’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip with your return.
How to Initiate a Return:
Get in Touch: Before returning any items, please contact our returns team at contact@emeraldwatchco.ie to begin the process.
Return Authorisation: Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number along with clear instructions on how to return the item.
Package the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including any accessories you received.
Include RA Number: Be sure to write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping: You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Exchanges:
For the quickest exchange, return your original item and, once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new item
