2. Product Information
   1. We strive to display product information, descriptions, and images accurately. However, slight variations may occur. All sizes, weights, and measurements are approximate.
   2. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but you will be charged the price displayed at the time of placing an order.
   3. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions or content are error-free.
3. Orders and Payment
   1. By placing an order, you agree to purchase the selected items subject to these Terms & Conditions.
   2. Once you place an order, we will send a confirmation email. Please review this email and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.
   3. Payment is accepted via our secure checkout, and we accept major credit and debit cards. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
   4. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for any reason, including if we believe they are fraudulent or violate these Terms.
4. Dispatch and Delivery
   1. We offer free standard delivery on all orders. Next working day delivery is available for €9.50.
   2. We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day, though this may vary during busy periods.
   3. Delivery times are approximate. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party couriers.
5. Returns and Refunds
   1. We offer free returns on all orders. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.
   2. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days of receiving the return.

6. Warranty
   1. All watches come with our own 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects. This does not cover wear and tear, damage, or misuse.
   2. Please retain your receipt and warranty card as proof of purchase.
7. Limitation of Liability
   1. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses or damages arising out of the use of our website or products, to the fullest extent permitted by Irish law.
   2. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question

   1. All content on this site, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Emerald Watch Co. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our website without prior written consent

10. Governing Law
    1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
